This Privacy Policy explains how Assistant ITsf.gr (the "App," "Service," or "we") collects, uses, stores, and protects user data and information collected through our mobile application (the **"Client App"**), desktop executables, and associated services (the **"Backend Server"**).
By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect

2. How We Use and Protect Your Information
Use of Data
Your data is used strictly for the following purposes:
- **Service Provision:** To allow you to log in, authenticate the Connector executable, and establish the secure WireGuard VPN network architecture (via the executable).
- **Security:** To secure your account, verify your identity, and provide session management for the App and Executables.
- **File Management:** To encrypt and securely store files that you actively choose to upload to your private storage space.
Data Security
We take the security of your data seriously. All data transmitted is encrypted using industry-standard **SSL/TLS (HTTPS)**. All user-uploaded files are isolated and stored in a secure, segmented, and encrypted manner on the Backend Server.
Sharing of Data
We **do not sell, rent, or trade** any of your personal information (Account Data, Uploaded Files) with third parties.
3. Account Deletion and Data Retention
Account Deletion Process (7-Day Grace Period)
If you wish to delete your account, you may initiate this request directly within the **Assistant ITsf.gr** mobile application's 'Profile' settings or via our dedicated web portal: https://assistant.itsf.gr/delete-account.
- Upon request, your account and all associated user data, including personal information, authentication credentials, VPN keys, and uploaded files, will be immediately **deactivated**.
- All data will enter a **7-day grace period**. During this period, the data is retained on our server solely for the purpose of allowing you to reverse the deletion request.
- You have the option to **Undo** the deletion request or **Confirm Permanent Deletion Immediately** at any point during these 7 days.
- If no action is taken, the account and **all associated data are automatically and permanently deleted** from our live servers and are non-recoverable after the 7-day period expires.
